AIDA is a nine month program that trains in the instructional design process from kick off meeting to hand off at the end, including all deliverables, multiple training modalities, and interactions with SMEs. Earners complete 400+ lessons, receive extensive coaching, and complete a rigorous set of learning activities with practice, feedback, multiple revisions, and the completion of simulated client projects.
