Description: Customer satisfaction surveys declined during the last two quarters at TeleUSA. Customers indicated that they were frustrated with their level of service and perceived some interactions with TeleUSA representatives as rude or disrespectful. This VILT was designed and developed to improve customer service through emotional intelligence.
