Problem: New cashiers at Handy Hardware began training with another cashier and working with customers, so they were acquiring knowledge and applying new skills at the same time. This situation frequently led to retraining and the additional use of a trainer.
Solution: An eLearning course replaces a shift of in-person training to enable new cashiers to solidify their knowledge and skills before confidently practicing with a trainer and customers.
